IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025 – 13217 Posts, Online Apply

IBPS has announced the RRB Recruitment 2025 for a total of 13,217 posts. Interested candidates can apply for positions in Regional Rural Banks as Officers (Scale I, II & III) or Office Assistants (Multipurpose). Candidates can apply for both Officer and Office Assistant posts, but only one post within the Officer cadre (Scale I, II, or III). Separate applications and fees are required for each post applied.

IBPS Overview

The Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs XIV) is a national-level recruitment initiative conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). This process is designed to recruit eligible candidates for various posts in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India.

Through this recruitment drive, candidates can apply for the following posts:

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
  • Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager)
  • Officer Scale II (Manager – General Banking & Specialist)
  • Officer Scale III (Senior Manager)

Educational Qualification

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent

    • Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s
    • Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer

    Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
      Preference to candidates with a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy
    • Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s
    • Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer

    Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer – Manager)

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
    • Preference to candidates with degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy
    • Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution

    Officer Scale-II (Information Technology)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / IT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
    • Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
    • One year experience in the relevant field

    Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant)

    • Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
    • One year experience as a Chartered Accountant

    Officer Scale-II (Law)

    • Degree in Law with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
    • Two years’ experience as an advocate OR worked as Law Officer in Banks/Financial Institutions for at least two years

    Officer Scale-II (Marketing)

    • MBA in Marketing from a recognized university
    • One year experience in the relevant field

    Officer Scale-II (Treasury)

    • Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/institution
    • One year experience in the relevant field

    Officer Scale-II (Agriculture)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
    • Two years of experience in the relevant field

    Officer Scale-III

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
    • Preference to candidates with Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution
